【摘要】 通过调查廊坊市第一沼气示范村安次区农村沼气的利用状况,揭示了其地位、存在的问题和全面发展循环农业的必要性。采用AHP层次分析法赋权重、综合指数评价法对廊坊市安次区进行了循环农业的利用的综合评价。结果表明:廊坊市安次区的农业循环处于比较循环阶段。该区资源环境安全水平具有较好的条件,农业生产基础好,农产品产值较高,具备了发展循环农业的基础。但是该区农业的综合利用水平较低,仍处于现代化水平较低的农业发展阶段,资源过量投入、农民人均纯收入低、科技投入力度弱等成为制约该区农业循环发展的重要因素。针对评价结果,提出了保障安次区循环农业持续利用的途径:全面推广沼气工程建设;财政补贴与技术培训相结合;全面发展循环农业、提高农民收入。更多还原

【Abstract】 The paper investigates the status of utilizing the firedamp in the demonstration village,has promulgated its status,the existence question and the full scale development of circulating agriculture necessity.The AHP method and the composite index system are set up to evaluate the status of utilizing the circulating agriculture in Anci.The result shows that the circulating agricultural of the Anci in Lang fang is in the status of the circulation.Its resource environmental safety level has the good condition,The agricultural production foundation is good,the agricultural product output value is higher,and has advantage of the development circulation agriculture.But the agricultural comprehensive utilization level is also very low,the human quality is lower,it is also still at the lower modernized level of agricultural development stage,resources excessive investment,the farmer average per person net income is low and technical investment dynamics is not strong,which are the important restriction sectors of circulating agriculture.In view of the appraisal result,some countermeasures are put forward to sustainable develop the circulation agriculture,such as:compelling the construction of firedamp project,combining the subsidy from the government with the training of technology,increasing the income of peasants to develop wholly the circulation agriculture.更多还原
