浅议设计变更和签证对工程造价的意义
Discussion on the Meaning of Design Alteration and Project Visa to the Project Cost
【摘要】 本文从建设单位的视角探讨了如何通过加强对设计变更和工程签证的管理来合理控制建设工程的造价。
【Abstract】 From the view of construction unit,the paper discusses how to reasonably control the cost of construction projects by strengthening the management on the design alteration and project visa.
