【摘要】 目的:探讨中药汤剂通便汤治疗老年功能性便秘的疗效。方法:将138例病人随机分为两组。对照组68例,口服麻仁润肠丸3~12g/次,2次/d;治疗组70例,予中药汤剂通便汤治疗,每日一剂,早晚分服。疗程均为2周。结果:治疗组与对照组比较,疗效差异显著(P<0.05)。结论:通便汤治疗老年功能性便秘具有良好的疗效和更好的安全性。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:To evaluate the therapeutic effect on functional constipation.Methods:168 cases were randomly divided into two groups : the standard group,68 cases,took chinese medicine called marenrunchangwan,3～12 g/ each time,two times a day;the treatment group,70 cases,treated by traditional chinese medicine called purge decoction,two times a day,one dose a day.The total therapeutic period was two weeks.Results:There was a significant difference(P>0.05) between the standard group and the treatment group.Conclusion:The results of the study indicate that purge decoction is effeicacious and safe for the treatment of senile functional constipation.更多还原
