【摘要】 目的:比较噻奈普汀与氟西汀治疗抑郁症的疗效与不良反应。方法:将44例抑郁症患者随机分为两组,分别给以噻奈普汀治疗23例与氟西汀治疗21例,疗程为6周。采用汉密尔顿抑郁量表(HAMD)、汉密尔顿焦虑量表(HAMA)、临床疗效总评量表(CGI-SI)、副反应量表(TESS)评定疗效和不良反应。结果:两组疗效无显著差异(P>0.05)。不良反应都比较小,两组比较不良反应无差异(P均>0.05)。结论:噻奈普汀与氟西汀治疗抑郁症疗效相当,不良反应小。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:To compare the efficacy and adverse reaction of tianeptine and fluoxetine in the treatment of depression.Methods:Forty-four patients with depression were randomly divided into tianeptine or fluoxetine group for 6 weeks.The effect and adverse reaction were evaluated with Hamilton anxiety scale(HAMA),Hamilton depression scale(HAMD),clinical global impression severity of illness(CGI-SI) and treatment emergent symptom scale(TESS).Results:There was no significant difference in efficacy between these two groups.Both are slight side effects.Conclusion:Two drugs have the similar effects in the treatment of depression.Tianeptine has slight side effects.更多还原
