E1B缺失腺病毒H101的研究进展

【Abstract】 H101 is a genetically modified Ad5 based,E1B-deleted and replication competent virus (oncolytic virus),in which the region of 2502 bp to 3327 bp was deleted and there was a C to T transition at position 2025 and it allow selective replication in and lysis tumor cells.更多还原
