【Abstract】 It is now necessary for College Federations of Humanities and Social Sciences Circle to innovate their academic management systems.They should change their management concept,strengthen their service function,improve their service quality and keep a better academic atmosplieve.They should take advantage of their human resources to improve their research on college academic management,and which should be led by the goals of further development of the colleges.They should also innovate their negotiation and organization systems,during which the sustainable development of academic management should be emphasized.It is also important for them to establish scientific and reasonable academic assessment approaches,handle the relationship between academic democratic management and academic administration in a right way,so as to improve the efficiency of academic management.更多还原
