【摘要】 【目的】建立宁心益智胶囊中五味子甲素的含量测定方法。【方法】色谱柱为Alltima C18柱;流动相为乙腈-水(63:37);检测波长为254nm;柱温为30℃;流量为1.0mL/min。【结果】五味子甲素在38.75～232.5ng范围内线性关系良好,相关系数r=0.9999;平均回收率为99.2%,相对标准差RSD=1.38%,n=6。【结论】本方法简便、准确、重现性好,可有效控制该制剂中五味子甲素的含量。更多还原

【Abstract】 [Objective]To establish a method for determination of deoxyschizandrin in Ningxinyizhi capsules. [Method] The chromato bar is Alltima C18 column with mobile phase acetonitrile-water (63:37) at flow rate 1.0 mL·min-1.The detection wavelength is 327 nm. [Result] Deoxyschizandrin has a good linearity in the range of 38.75～232.5ng (r=0.9999),the average recovery rate was 99.2% (RSD =1.38% , n=6). [Conclucion] This method is simple, accurate, and reproducible, and can be used to effectively control the content of deoxyschizandrin in Ningxin yizhi capsules.更多还原
