SiC_f/Ti基复合材料的界面反应
Interface of SiC_f/Ti-matrix composites
【摘要】 SiC纤维增强Ti基复合材料(SiC_f/Ti)在航空航天领域有重要应用前景,但在SiC纤维和基体钛合金之间存在的界面反应,使复合材料的性能受到一定的损害。本文采用透射电镜、扫描电镜和X射线衍射分析SiC_f/Ti基复合材料界面反应产物的微观组织结构并对界面反应进行热力学和动力学研究。结果表明,不同的SiC_f/Ti基复合材料体系,在界面处生成不同的反应产物,呈多层分布。界面反应受扩散所控制但在不同的复合材料体系中生长速率不相同,界面涂层和基体合金化对减轻界面反应有积极的作用。
【Abstract】 SiC fiber reinforced Ti-matrix composites are important materials for the application in aerospace. However,the interfacial reaction between fiber and matrix degenerates the mechanical properties of the composites. With the help of transmission electron microscopy,scanning electron microscopy and X-ray diffraction,the inteffacial reaction products are identified.And the interfacial reaction is analyzed based on thermal dynamics and kinetics.It is shown that different reaction products appear and distribute in several layers during the inteffacial reaction in different composites.The interfacial reaction is controlled by diffusion but the reaction rate is not the same in different composites system.It is confirmed that both interfacial coating and matrix alloying are very important for decreasing the interfacial reaction.
