【Abstract】 Objective To synthesize ceftizoxime alapivoxil antibiotic.Method Ceftizoxime alapivoxil was synthesized via 3-step reactions with ceftizoxime as starting material.Results The structure of ceftizoxime alapivoxil was verified by 1H-NMR and MS.The overall yield of ceftizoxime alapivoxil was 41.5%.Conclusion The proposed synthetic procedure may be applied to a mass production scale.更多还原
