【摘要】 目的探讨视觉受损者行走时足底压力的分布特征。方法采用比利时Footscan足底压力测试系统对14名正常人(21~26岁)进行睁眼和蒙眼状态下的动态足底压力测试,每名受试者双足各记录5次,计算在睁眼及蒙眼两种状态下双足足底各区域的平均峰值压力值,比较双足峰值压力数据特征。结果与睁眼状态相比,蒙眼行走时双足对应区域的峰值压力差异更为显著,且压力中心向左偏移。结论视觉对行走时的足底压力有明显影响。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To investigate the effect of vision on plantar pressure of visually impaired persons when walking.Methods 14 health young men aged 21～26 years were analyzed by the Footscan USB2 system,dynamic parameters of each person’s foot plantar pressure when eyes opened and covered was recorded 5 times,and the mean peak value of force with eyes opened and covered were calculated.Results Compared with eyes opened,the difference of peak value of fore in plantar corresponding areas was obvious when walking with eyes covered,and the pressure center was left moving.Conclusion The vision has obvious effect on plantar pressure when walking.更多还原
