群时延时间法求解速调管输出腔的外观品质因数Qext
Calculation of External-Quality Factor of Out-Put Cavity of Klystron with Group Delay Time Method
【摘要】 输出腔外观品质因数Qext的计算是速调管设计中非常重要的一步,本文提出群时延时间法主要是利用Microwave Studio(MWS)软件计算输出腔外观品质因数Qext。通过对比,群时延时间法的计算结果和精度与传统计算软件采用传统方法的结果非常一致,与实验结果基本吻合;群时延时间法基于MWS强大的计算和后处理功能,计算步骤更加简便,结果非常直观,同时还可以实现设计自动化。
【Abstract】 The external-quality factor of the out-put cavity of a Klystron was calculated,with group delay time method provided by the software package-Microwave Studio.The calculated results and its high precision,almost consistent with that evaluated by the technique of the software package developed by Institute of Electronics of Chinese Academy of Sciences,agree very well with the experimental data.Moreover,based on powerful calculation capacity and post-processing of the Microwave Studio,the strengths of the new method include simple calculation,explicit outcome and feasibility for design automation.
