【Abstract】 The characteristics of TWT used in miniaturization millimeter wave system are small in size.In this paper,the key techniques of the miniaturiation for Ka band TWT are analyzed;a design of a miniaturized Ka band TWT and final results are introduced.The total length of the TWT can be reduced by 73 mm(from 230 mm to 167 mm).更多还原
