阳离子表面活性剂基压裂液的地层伤害性研究
Studies in Formation Damages Caused by Cationic Surfactant Base Fracturing Fluids
【摘要】 目前清洁压裂液的研究都是基于零伤害,但经过研究发现,它在一定程度上对地层是有伤害的,因为其中的阳离子表面活性剂在地层中会发生吸附滞留现象,引起润湿反转,从而对地层造成伤害。通过测定阳离子表面活性剂在岩石矿物上的吸附量和进行岩心流动性实验证实了压裂液对地层渗透率的损害率达到12.5%。
【Abstract】 In recent studies in fracturing fluid,it is required that the fracturing fluids will cause no damage to the formation taking the fluid.Clear fracturing fluid may cause wettability reversion of the formation because of the adsorption of the cationic surfactants in the fracturing fluids,thus casing damages to the formation to some extent.Studies were done to measure the adsorption quantity of cationic surfactants on the surface of rocks,and flow experiments on cores were conducted,showing that the permeability impairment caused by fracturing fluids was as high as 12.5%.
