京11平1井钻井液技术
Drilling Fluid Technology in Well Jing11 Ping1
【摘要】 京11平1井是别古庄区块京11断块的第一口水平井。该断块原始油层压力系数为0.98~1.10,但由于长期注水,局部层位压力系数在1.70以上,同时存在压力亏空层,极易发生压差卡钻事故。该井选用了黑色正电胶聚合物混油钻井液,从严格控制有害固相,改善泥饼质量、流动性,提高泥饼封堵能力、润滑性、悬浮携带能力等方面进行钻井液的维护处理,确保了该井顺利完钻,电测固井顺利,钻井周期只有33.5d。该井在同一裸眼段相继出现了高压油气水侵,频繁发生溢流现象,大幅度提高密度后导致井漏,但由于措施得当,井漏仅损失43.5h。
【Abstract】 Well Jing 11 Ping 1 is the first horizontal well drilled in the Jing 11 fault block in Block Bieguzhuang, which had an original reservoir pressure coefficient of 0.98-1.10. Water injection for years had increased the formation pressures in some area to above 1.70. These high pressures, combined with depleted zones, frequently induced differential pipe sticking. In Well Jing 11 Ping 1, a mixed metal hydroxide drilling fluid was used, and the solids content of the mud was strictly controlled. Some additives were added to improve the quality of the mud cake, and the rheology of the mud. Mud lubricity and suspension capacity were greatly improved by adding enough additives. The well was successfully drilled and cemented, with drilling time for the whole well of 33.5 days. During drilling, high pressure oil, gas and water cut were encountered in the same open hole section. When mud density was increased to kill the well, mud losses occurred. Although various Downhole problems existed, the well were drilled successfully, with time loss (caused by mud losses) of only 43.5 hours.
