大黄素干预大鼠胰腺纤维化过程中TGF-β1的动态研究

【摘要】 目的研究TGF-β1在大黄素抗大鼠胰腺纤维化过程中的作用。方法50只大鼠按完全随机法分成5组,每组10只。胰管内注射三硝基苯磺酸(TNBS)制备大鼠慢性胰腺炎模型,用不同剂量(20、40、80mg/kg)的大黄素鼻饲干预,0.9%NaCl注射液作为对照。Western印迹分析及免疫组化分析检测大鼠胰腺组织中的TGF-β1蛋白含量。结果与对照组比较,大黄素处理组TGF-β1蛋白表达量减少,尤其是大剂量大黄素处理组。结论TGF-β1在大黄素抗胰腺纤维化中起重要作用。

【Abstract】 Objective To investigate the TGF-β1 levels in rats with pancreatic fibrosis treated with emodin. Methods Pancreatic fibrosis was induced by infusion of trinitrobenzene sulfonic acid (TNBS) into the pancreatic duct of rats. In emodin group he rats were fed with different doses of emodin (20, 40 and 80mg/kg body weight) , while in control group the rats received 0.9% sodium chloride solution. The tissue contents of TGF-β1 were measured by Western blotting and immunochemistry. Results Compare with control group, the emodin groups showed lower expression of TGF-β1, especially in high dose emodin group. Conclusion The anti-fibrosis effect of modin may be related to the TGF-β1.
