N-乙酰-L-半胱氨酸合成的新方法
A New Synthetic Method for the N-acetyl-L-cysteine
【摘要】 报道了从N-乙酰-L-半胱氨酸的产业化角度,研究了产物合成的新方法.全面地研究了不同反应条件对产物外观和产率的影响,并应用IR、1H-NMR、熔点测定法等验证所得化合物.
【Abstract】 A new method for synthesis of N-acetyl-L-cysteine was introduced from the angle of industrialization.The effects of different reactive conditions on the appearance and yield were investigated in detail.The product synthesized was characterized by infrared spectra(IR),nuclear magnetic resonance spectra(1H-NMR)and melting point.
