碳纳米管的长径比对场发射特性的影响
Effects of Length-Radius Ratio of Carbon Nanotube on Field Emission
【摘要】 考虑碳纳米管的尺寸,特别是碳纳米管的半径对表面电荷分布的影响,我们采用固定碳纳米管长度,半径在一定范围内连续性取值,通过数值计算不同长径比的碳纳米管尖端的电荷密度和电场强度,与取固定长度和固定半径的其他文献的计算结果比较,在相应长度、半径的点上保持一致,得到的结论更具普遍意义.
【Abstract】 Considering the effects of the geometrical figure,especially the radius,of the nanotube on the surface charge,we used a fixed carbon nanotube length,with its radius changing in a certain range,to compute the charge density and field distribution at the top of the tubes of different radii.Compared with the results of other studies with fixed length and radius,our measure led to more significant conclusion at corresponding length and radius.
