【摘要】 通过对在校大学生和已工作大学生的职业价值观的比较研究,结果表明:当今大学生职业价值观包含物质、声望、关系、发展、培养、安全六个因素;"物质"和"安全"是在校大学生首要择业因素,"安全"和"培养"是已工作大学生首要择业因素;在校大学生和已工作大学生的职业价值观差异显著,在校大学生在声望、发展、物质这三个因素上显著高于已工作大学生。更多还原

【Abstract】 A comparative Study of vocational values of Undergraduates and Graduates in Employment indicates:vocational values of undergraduates involve material gains,fame,relation,training,career development and sense of security,among which material gains and sense of security stand out as the most important.Compared with graduates in employment,undergraduates attach more importance to material gains,fame and career development,while sense of security and training top the list of vocational values of those in employment.更多还原
