纳米TiO2提高活性染料染色织物耐光色牢度的作用
Improvement of Light Fastness of Fabrics Dyed with Reactive Dyes Treated with Nano-sized TiO2
【摘要】 为了提高活性染料染色织物的耐光色牢度,利用纳米材料吸收紫外线的性能对织物进行后整理。探讨了分散剂9D和分散剂C98及改性剂PEG对纳米TiO2分散稳定性的影响,认为2%PEG修饰且分散剂9D浓度为0.6%时纳米TiO2的分散效果最好;将纳米TiO2分散液用于活性染料染色织物整理,并通过织物紫外反射率、透过率和日晒色差的测试,分析了纳米TiO2对织物紫外光谱和耐光色牢度的作用。结果表明:利用分散剂和改性剂能够制得TiO2粒径较小、体系稳定的纳米TiO2分散液;纳米TiO2对紫外线的吸收作用会提高活性染料染色织物的耐光色牢度。
【Abstract】 In order to improve the light fastness of fabrics dyed with reactive dyes,the nano-sized materials with their properties of ultraviolet absorbency are applied in the finishing of fabrics.The nano-sized TiO2 powders are dispersed at first,and the effect of dispersing agents 9D,C98 and modification agent PEG on stability of dispersing of nano-sized TiO2 are investigated.The optimum dispersing process with the concentration of PEG 2% and 9D 0.6% is chosen achieving a stable dispersed solution containing nano-sized TiO2.When the fabrics dyed with reactive dyes are finished with dispersed solution of nano-sized TiO2,the UV-reflecting ratio,UV-permeating ratio and the color difference before and after the exposure to xenon lamp of fabrics are tested to analyze the effect of nano-sized TiO2 on ultraviolet spectrum and light fastness of the fabrics.The research shows that stable nano-sized TiO2 dispersion can be prepared with suitable dispersing agents and modification agents,and the light fastness of fabrics dyed with reactive dyes can be improved resulted from the property of ultraviolet absorbency of nano-sized TiO2.
