“石灰-烟道气法”卤水净化之试验研究

【摘要】 对于盐硝联产制盐工艺,从蒸发、干燥挖潜革新降低成本的空间是十分有限的,并且稍作调整对整个系统的影响相当大,而卤水净化相对独立,具有较大的调整余地,基于此,降低卤水净化成本成为盐硝联产装置关注的热点。本文通过研究小组的试验研究成效,对"石灰-烟道气法"卤水净化技术的试验阶段"石灰-CO2法"作了简介,以供参考。

【Abstract】 In co-production process of salt and Glauber′s salt,the scope for lowering cost by tapping potential in evaporation and drying is limited.Furthermore,a slight regulation will have tremendous impact on the whole system.Brine purification is comparatively independent and has relatively large room for regulation.In view of this,decrease of brine purification cost has been the focus of co-production facility of salt and Glauber′s salt.With the experimental study results of the study group,this paper briefly introduces the "lime-CO2"process,the experimental stage of "lime-flue gas" brine purification technology to the colleagues for reference.
