【摘要】 目的探讨急性重型颅脑损伤合并 ARDS 的恶性循环阻断治疗效果。方法对31例急性重型颅脑损伤合并 ARDS 患者,阻断脑损伤引起或加重 ARDS 的因素,同时阻断 ARDS 对颅脑的不利因素。其中早期实行阻断治疗组(A 组)20例,晚期实行阻断治疗组(B 组)11例。结果经阻断治疗后 A 组与 B 组血气分析结果具有明显差异(P<0.05);循环中的炎症介质和炎症因子、毒素等 A 组亦比 B 组低(P<0.05);两组间死亡率比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论对急性重型颅脑损伤合并 ARDS 的恶性循环进行早期阻断治疗取得良好效果,而后期实行阻断治疗效果欠佳。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To investigate the curative effect of acute severe brain injury complicated ARDS, Methods 31 patients who had acute severe brain injury complicated ARDS were divided into two groups:A group was early discovery of ARDS and given treatment.B group was late discovery of ARDS and treated late.Then the curative effects were compared.Results A group was significantly higher than B group in blood gas analysis(P< 0.05);when compared the level of inflammatory factor,inflammarory mediator and toxin in the blood,A group was evidently lower than B group.And there was a significant difference in the death rate between them (P<0.05). Conclusion It has a good curative effect on acute severe brain injury complicated ARDS on the early stage,while in the late stage the effect is not very good.更多还原
