【摘要】 目的评价普罗布考对老年单纯收缩期高血压患者血管内皮舒张功能的影响。方法采用自身对照和组间对照,将64例老年单纯收缩期高血压患者随机单盲分为 A、B 两组,其中 A 组33例,在常规抗高血压药物的基础上加服用普罗布考;B 组31例,常规抗高血压药物治疗,疗程均为12周。采用高分辨率超声技术测定两组治疗前后肱动脉内皮依赖性血管舒张功能及血脂的变化。结果 A 组患者治疗前后比较血总胆固醇(TC)、低密度脂蛋白胆固醇(LDL-C)和高密度脂蛋白胆固醇(HDL-C)浓度明显降低(均 P<0.05),甘油三酯(TG)浓度则变化不明显(P>0.05)。A、B 两组 FMD 与治疗前比较均明显增高(P<0.01和 P<0.05);治疗后两组间比较血脂、FMD 差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论普罗布考可改善老年单纯收缩期高血压患者的血管内皮功能。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To evaluate the effect of probucol on endothelium-dependent vasodilatation(i,e.flow- mediated dilation,FMD) function of the old patients with isolated systolic hypertension.Methods In this single- blind study,a total of 64 old pariems with isolated systolic hypertension were randomized to receive conventional an- tihypertensive therapy and probucol (0.5g twice daily,group A,n=33) or receive conventional antihyperrensive therapy(group B,n=31) for 12 weeks.The levels of blood lipid were measured and vascular endothelial function was assessed in the brachial artery by high-resolution ultrasound technique in form of endothelium-dependent vasodi- latation before and after treatment.Results After 12-week treatment,the levels of TC,LDL-C and HDL-C in group A were significantly reduced compared with those before treatment(all P<0.05).There was no significant differ- ence in TG levels(P>0.05).Flow-mediated dilatation parameters in both groups were obviously improved compared with those before treatment( P<0.01 and P<0.05).There was significant difference in blood lipids and FMD be- tween the two groups after therapy(P<0.05 ).Conclusion Probucol could improve the vascular endothelial func- tion of the old patients with isolated systolic hypertension.更多还原
