【摘要】 目的探讨米索前列醇在宫腔镜检查时软化宫颈及镇痛的效果。方法将宫腔镜检查380例患者随机分为两组:米索前列醇阴道给药组260例,检查前2h 阴道后穹窿置入米索前列醇200μg;对照组120例不施任何药物。观察术中宫颈扩张,术中出血量,人工流产综合征发生率及腹痛情况。结果宫腔镜检查前2h 米索前列醇阴道绐药组宫口扩张直径、术中出血、人工流产综合征(PAAS)发生率及腹痛程度均明显低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论宫腔镜检查前2h 阴道置入米索前列醇200μg为方便、有效软化宫颈的理想方法,可缓解有创检查性疼痛,减少扩宫操作,减少术中出血,降低 PAAS 的发生,值得临床床推广应用。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To study the effect of misoprostol used to intenerate cervix and ease pain in hys- teroscopy.Methods 380 cases were divided into two groups randomly;260 cases of them were placed misoprostol 200μg in vagina 2 hours before hysteroscopy and 120 cases treated without drugs served as control.The diameter of cerical,hemorrhage,the rate of PAAS and bellyache were observed.Results The diameter of cerical,hemorrhage. the rare of PAAS and bellyache in the group of misoprostol were lower than those in the group of antitheses(P< 0.05).Conclusion Placing 200μg misoprosrol in vagina 2 hours before hysteroscopy is an advantageous and idea] method which alleviates pain from wound,reduces manipulation,decreases hemorrhage,and reduces PASS happening in intenerating cervix.更多还原
