【Abstract】 In this article,we reviewed the history of biological weapons,the recent trend of bio-terrorism and the policies of the World Health Organization(WHO) and Western countries and suggest that the necessity to strengthen public health system on bio-terrorism alert and response in China in the aspects of laboratory and epidemiology capacities,financial investment,human resource and logistic stockpile including essential drugs.更多还原
