【摘要】 对不同贮藏条件下半夏种子的发芽势和发芽率进行测定。结果表明:半夏种子无休眠期,遇到适宜条件即可萌发;采用低温沙藏处理对保持半夏种子的生活力效果最好,贮藏15个月后,发芽率仍然保持在83.4%以上,发芽势较室温贮藏处理高17个百分点;随贮藏时间的延长,种子发芽能力呈逐渐下降趋势。但在贮藏3个月至15个月期间,半夏种子的发芽势和发芽率均没有显著下降,发芽率仍然保持在77%以上,表明半夏种子最少可以贮藏15个月。更多还原

【Abstract】 The result under different condition of sprouting potentiality and sprouting rate of the seed of Pinellia ternata(Thunb) Breit indicated that it had no dormency,the seed could germinate under appropriate condition,storage with sand under low temperature sustained the vigor most highly.15 months later,the sprouting rate remained above 83.4%,the sprouting potentiality was 17% higher compared with the storage of room temperature,the seed sprouting ability gradually descended with the span of storage time.but during the storage time from 3 to 15 months,the sprouting potentiality and sprouting rate of the seed all did not decend significantly,the sprouting rate of the seed still remained above 77%,which indicated that the seed of Pinellia ternata(Thunb) Breit could be stored at least 15 months.更多还原
