【摘要】 目的总结甲状腺功能亢进的外科治疗体会。方法对1998～2007年收治的65例甲状腺功能亢进行手术治疗的患者的临床资料进行回顾性分析。结果65例中55例采用硫脲类药物加碘剂进行术前准备,7例采用硫脲类药物加碘剂加心得安准备,3例单用碘剂准备。除3例病人因甲状腺癌及高功能腺瘤外都采用甲状腺次全切除术,术后无甲状腺危象、永久性喉返神经损伤及甲状旁腺功能减低等并发症。结论手术治疗甲状腺功能亢进是安全有效的,须行合理的术前准备及选择适当的手术方式。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To summarize the experience of the surgical treatment of hyperthyroidism. Methods Clinial data of 65 patients hospitalized with hyperthyroidism from 1998 to 2007 were reviewed. Results All patients were given with preoperative medical maganagenment,55 cases with antithyroidal drugs and iodide solution,7 cases with antithyroidal drugs and betablockers and iodide solution,3 cases with iodide solution only.All patients were treated surgically with subtotal thyroidectomy except 3 cases for coexistent thyroid cancer and plummer disease. No patients developed thyroid crisis, permanent recurrent laryngeal nerve palsy and hypoparathyroidism postoperatively. Conclusion Surgical treatment is safe and effective for hyperthyroidism,and preoperative medical treatment and appropriate option of surgical procedure were required.更多还原
