【摘要】 目的探讨MDm2和p53在胃肠道间质瘤(GISTs)中的表达及相关性。方法采用免疫组织化学PV6000法检测52例GISTs中MDm2和p53的表达。结果MDm2蛋白和p53蛋白阳性率分别为19.2%、48.1%,MDm2表达与肿瘤大小、发生部位、分级及病理性核分裂像有关(P<0.05)。MDm2阳性组和阴性组5年生存率分别为40.0%和78.6%(P<0.05);p53蛋白阳性表达与肿瘤大小、部位、分级、病理性核分裂像和细胞密集程度有关,p53蛋白阳性组和阴性组5年生存率分别为56.0%和85.2%(P<0.05)。结论MDm2、p53表达与GISTs预后有关,可以作为GISTs预后的分子标记物。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To investigate the expression of MDm2 and p53 in gastrointestinal stromal tumors(GISTs)and their relationship.Methods PV6000 method of immunohistochemistry was used to detect the MDm2 and p53 expression in 52 cases of GISTs.Results The positive expression rate of MDm2 and p53 was 19.2% and 48.1% respectively.The positive expression of MDm2 was related to tumor size,primary location of tumor,grading and mitoses accounts(P<0.05).The 5-year survival rate of those with or without MDm2 expression was 40.0% and 78.6% respectively with the difference being sig- nificant between the two groups(P<0.05);The positive expression of p53 was related to tumor size,pri- mary location of tumor,grading,mitoses accounts and cellularity of tumor cells(P<0.05).The 5-year survival rate of those with or without p53 expression was 56.0% and 85.2% respectively with the differ- ence being significant between the two groups(P<0.05).Conclusion The expression of MDm2 and p53 are closely related with the prognosis of GISTs and may be considered as molecular markers for prog- nosis of GISTs.更多还原
