【摘要】 目的探讨结直肠肿瘤中人类主要细胞周期蛋白Cyclin B1的表达与结直肠肿瘤病理学特征的相关性。方法用流式细胞术双参数标记法及免疫组织化学方法检测66例结直肠肿瘤标本的细胞周期素Cyclin B1表达,分析Cyclin B1的表达高低与结直肠肿瘤细胞分化程度,肿瘤细胞浸润深度以及淋巴结转移的相关性。结果Cyclin B1表达的高低与结直肠肿瘤的细胞分化程度相关(P<0.05),而细胞浸润深度,以及淋巴结转移无相关性(P>0.05)。结论Cyclin B1高表达的结直肠肿瘤中细胞明显高分化,随着Cyclin B1表达变化至Cyclin B1低无表达时,结直肠肿瘤中细胞呈明显低分化趋势。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To study the relationship between the human Cyclin B1 and pathological characters of colorectal carcinomas.Methods The expression of Cyclin B1 in 66 cases of colorectal carci- nomas was detected by flow cytometry and immunohistochemistry.The relationship between Cyclin B1 and pathological characters of colorectal carcinomas was analyzed statistically.Results In colorectal carcino- mas,the expression Cyclin B1 was associated with the cell differentiation(P<0.05),but not with inva- sion and lymph node metastasis(P>0.05).Conclusion In colorectal carcinomas with high expression of Cyclin B1,the tumor cells were well differentiated.更多还原
