互动沟通模式在手术室带教中的实践
Application of mode of teacher-student interaction in practice of operating room
【摘要】 报告了采用互动沟通带教模式对300名在手术室实习的护生进行带教的方法。主要包括营造轻松和谐的氛围,召开护生互动讨论会,鼓励护生之间互动,培养与手术病人沟通的能力等。该方法提高了护生的学习兴趣和积极性,培养了人际沟通能力、专科操作技能和处理问题的能力。
