【摘要】 目的探索深圳市院前急救特点及疾病谱。方法利用描述性流行病学研究方法分析1998-2005年深圳市急救医疗中心每年工作小结、每月工作小结以及所有接警电脑数据。结果深圳市院前急救工作量每年、每月和24 h变化趋势以及疾病谱均有一定特征。结论根据院前急救特点做出管理决策,可以提高院前急救的效率和质量。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To explore features and disease spectrum of Shenzhen pre-hospital emergency services.Methods The yearly and monthly summaries and all of the working records in Shenzhen Emergency Medical Services from 1998 to 2005 were reviewed by epidemiology.Results There were some different features in the yearly,monthly and 24 hours working load changes and disease spectrum.Conclusions Pre- hospital services efficiency and quality can be improved if administrative decisions can be made according to the features of pre-hospital emergency services.更多还原
