【摘要】 目的评价近年来《中华放射学杂志》发表的介入放射学论文随机对照试验(RCTs)报告文章质量。方法对发表在《中华放射学杂志》2000至2005年的 RCTs 文献进行手工检索,采用随机对照试验报告的统一标准(CONSORT 声明)对所有介入放射学论文 RCTs 进行质量评价。结果检索6卷72期,论文2186篇,其中临床试验文章236篇,介入放射学 RCTs 文章3篇,占临床试验的1.27%。在3篇 RCTs 文章中,有随机方法描述3篇,有终点指标1篇、多中心1篇。而在3篇 RCTs文章中均没有样本含量计算、随机化执行、盲法、具体 P 值描述、流程图使用、依从性、阴性结果报告。结论随着循证医学理念的深入,介入放射学临床试验报告质量已有提高,但与 CONSORT 标准比较尚有差距。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To assess the quality of reporting randomized controlled trials published in Chinese journal of radiology from 2000 to 2005.Methods A manual search was performed and 22 checklists of CONSORT statements and other self-established criteria were applied.Results Six volumes and 72 issues were investigated.There were total trials of 236 in 2186 literatures,and finally 3 randomized controlled trials(RCTs)(1.27%)were identified.In the 3 RCTs,there were 3 trials with methods of randomization,1 with endpoints measurement,1 with multi-centre,but without the prior calculation of sample size,blind methods,statistically probability,participant flow,compliance and negative results.Conclusion The quality of reporting randomized controlled trials of interventional radiology has been improved,but it did not meet fully the CONSORT statement.更多还原
