【摘要】 目的观察超激光、针灸治疗膝关节骨关节炎的临床疗效。方法102例膝关节骨关节炎患者中,其中52例行超激光治疗;50例行针灸+神灯治疗。选内膝眼、外膝眼、足三里、血海、梁丘及阿是穴。结果超激光治疗组显效26例,有效21例,无效5例,总有效率90.38%;针灸治疗组显效25例,有效19例,无效6例,总有效率为88.00%。结论超激光治疗与针灸治疗疗效相近。超激光具有无创伤、无痛苦、安全性高、操作简便等特点,其疗效肯定,为广大患者所接受。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To observe the clinical effect of super laser and acupuncture on osteoarthritis. Methods 102 cases of osteoarthritis were allocated to 2 groups randomly.The treatment group(52 cases) was treated by super laser,the controlled group(50 cases) was treated by acupuncture+TDP,The points are NEIXIYAN,WAIXIYAN,ZUSANLI,XUEHAI,LIANGQIU,ASHI. Results The total clinical effective rate was 90% in the treatment group compared to 88% in the controlled group.There were no significant difference between the two groups(P>0.05). Conclusion Super laser has similar effect for the treatment of osteoarthritis patients,compared to acupuncture.Super laser has the features of no pain,no trauma,safety and easy operation and exact effect.更多还原
