公共直流母线在复卷机传动控制中的应用
The Application of Common DC BUS in a Winder’s Drive Control System
【摘要】 通过对公共直流母线在复卷机传动控制系统中的应用分析,从结构上转变以往的传动控制模式,合理利用整流与逆变模块,实现系统的模块化控制,并有效抑制谐波干扰,满足复卷机传动控制的稳定性与精度要求。
【Abstract】 Based on the analysis of the application of common DC BUS in the drive control system of the winder, the paper describes that the system changes the model of the drive control system which was used before in construction, and uses the selenium rectifier and inverter to realize module control, which restrains the harmonic interference, simplifies the construction, saves energy and reduces capital investment. The control system can meet the winder’s requirements of stability and precision.
