PAM反相乳液助留体系在装饰纸原纸中的应用
Application of Dual Polymeric Retention System Based on Polyacrylamide Emulsions in Decorative Base Paper Manufacture
【摘要】 合成开发了一种阳离子聚丙烯酰胺反相乳液CPAM RT-1和一种阴离子聚丙烯酰胺反相乳液APAM RT-1,将其组成双元聚合物助留体系,分别在实验室和纸机生产实践中考察了其对二氧化钛填料的留着效果。结果表明,双元聚合物助留体系能明显提高装饰纸原纸的灰分含量并改善原纸的匀度和两面差等性能。
【Abstract】 Cationic and anionic polyacrylamide reverse emulsions were prepared and combined as a dual polymeric retention system for retaining titanium oxide in making decorative base paper both in the laboratory experiment and mill trial. The results showed that the dual polymeric retention system can significantly increase the ash content of the base paper and improve the paper properties such as formation and two-sideness.
