小花远志中酮类化学成分的研究
Studies on xanthones from herbs of Polygala telephioides
【摘要】 目的:对远志科远志属植物小花远志Polygala telephioides的化学成分进行研究。方法:采用色谱技术进行分离,根据理化性质和波谱学技术确定化合物的结构。结果:分离并鉴定了6个酮类化合物1,3,7-三羟基酮(1)、1,7-二羟基-3-甲氧基酮(2)、1,3-二羟基酮(3)、1,7-二羟基酮(4)、1-甲氧基-2,3-亚甲二氧基酮(5)、1,7-二甲氧基酮(6)。结论:所得到的化合物均为首次从该植物中分离得到。
【Abstract】 Objective: To study the chemical constituents from the whole plants of Polygala telephioides.Method: Compounds were isolated by repeated silica gel and Sephadex LH-20 column chromatography,and their structures were determined by spectral analysis and physicochemical properties.Result: Six xanthones were isolated from P.telephioides,and their structures were identified as 1,3,7-trihydroxyxanthone(1),1,7-dihydroxy-3-methoxyxanthone(2),1,3-dihydroxyxanthone(3),1,7-dihydroxyxanthone(4),1-methoxy-2,3-methylenedioxyxanthone(5) and 1,7-dimethoxyxanthone(6).Conclusion: All the compounds were obtained from this plant for the first time.
