【摘要】 目的:观察粘连性肠梗阻中西医结合治疗的优越性。方法:中西医结合组966例应用中药肠功能恢复汤、针刺、穴位封闭、颠簸、捏脊、手术等综合方法治疗,与同期采用纯西医方法治疗的470例(对照组)进行对照。结果:中西医结合组治愈909例,好转38例,死亡19例(1.97%)。对照组治愈309例,好转122例,死亡42例(8.94%)。两组治疗效果对比有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论:粘连性肠梗阻采用中西医结合方法治疗有很好的治疗效果。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To evaluate the advantage of integrated traditional Chinese medicine(TCM) with Western medicine in the treatment of patients with adhesive intestinal obstruction(AIO) Methods In the integrated medicine group,966 cases of AIO were treated with herbal decoction to help recovering intestinal function(DRIF),acupuncture,acupoint blocking,tossing,chiropractics,operation,while 470 eases in the control group were treated by Western medicine only.The therapeutic effects of the two groups were compared.Results In the integrated medicine group,909 cases were cured,38 oases improved and 19 cases(1.97%) died.In the control group,309 cases were cured,122 cases improved and 42 cases(8.94%) died.The therapeutic effect of the integrated medicine group was obviously better than that of the control group statistieally(P<0.01).Conclusion Integrated TCM with Western medicine in the treatment of adhesive intestinal obstiuction showed good therapeutic efficacy.Compared with the method of using Western medicine only.,it has obvious advantages.更多还原
