含氯漂白废水培养白腐菌对二噁英类污染物降解的研究

【摘要】 探讨了白腐菌Phlebia radiate I-5-6在CEH漂白废水体系中对3种二噁英类污染物的降解能力。在12 d培养期内菌株对3种二噁英类物质的降解量分别为:DF>2,7-diCDD>OCDF;DF的降解高峰期在6~9 d,2,7-diCDD和OCDF降解率则与时间基本上成线性正比关系;DF的降解率以废水加入量为0时最高,达78.27%,但在6 d、9 d、12 d的培养期,废水加入量分别为40%、60%、80%时DF降解量最高,分别为18.90%、34.49%、6.77%;经过12 d的培养,20%浓度的漂白废水中,2,7-diCDD的降解率最大,为49.88%,但在6 d、9 d、12 d的培养期中,废水加入量分别为40%、60%、20%时,2,7-diCDD的降解量最高,分别为6.96%、16.20%、13.13%;菌株处理OCDF底物的效果不理想,12 d时其最大降解率只有32.31%,CEH漂白废水的加入量对OCDF的降解率无明显影响。

【Abstract】 This study was carried out to explore the ability of white-rot fungus Phlebia radiate I-5-6 cultured in CEH bleaching effluents to degrade three kinds dioxins polluter.In 12 days cultivation,the degradation quantity are DF>2,7-diCDD>OCDF.The DF degradation reachs to pinnacle in 6 days to 9 days.The degradation rate of 2,7-diCDD and OCDF are almost linear with culture time.The highest degradation rate of DF is the 78.27% with 0% input of the CEH-bleaching effluent.But in 6 days,9 days and 12 days cultivation when the CEH bleaching effluent input are 40%,60% and 80% respectively,the highest degradation rate of DF are 18.90%,34.49%,6.77% respectively.After 12 days cultivation,the highest degradation rate of 2,7-diCDD is 49.88% in the bleaching effluent with 20% concentration.But in 6 days,9 days and 12 days respectively,when bleaching effluent inputs are 40%,60% and 20% respectively,the highest degradation rate of 2,7-diCDD are 6.96%,16.20 %,13.13 % respectively.The highest degradation rate of OCDF is only 32.31% after 12days cultivation.This indicates that the CEH bleaching effluent input has insignificant impact on the degradation of OCDF.
