GC法同时测定氨酚氯宗分散片中两组分含量

【摘要】 测定氨酚氯宗分散片中对乙酰氨基酚和氯唑沙宗含量。采用毛细管气相色谱法,色谱柱:OV-1弹性石英毛细管柱,以咖啡因为内标物,汽化室温度:220℃,检测器温度:250℃;检测器:FID检测器;载气:氮气;流速:2.5mL·min-1,分流比5∶1。对乙酰氨基酚及氯唑沙宗分别在18.08~48.22μg·mL-1(r=0.9996)和14.93~39.80μg·mL-1(r=0.9992)范围内呈良好线性关系,平均回收率分别为100.3%和99.6%。该方法可用于氨酚氯宗分散片中对乙酰氨基酚和氯唑沙宗的含量测定。

【Abstract】 To determine the contents of paracetanol and chlorzoxazone in anfenlvzong dispersible tablets. The GC system included OV-1 FSOT capillary column and FID detector and nitrogen as the carries gas. Caffeine was used as internal standard. The inlet temperature was 220℃,the detector temperature was 250℃. The flow rate of N2 was 2.5mL·min-1. The split ratio was 5∶1. A good linearity of paracetanmol was obtained between 18.08~48.22μg·mL-1 (r=0.9996);chlorzoxazone between 14.93~39.80μg·mL-1(r=0.9992).The average recoveries were 100.3% and 99.6%, respectively. It could be an optiponal method for the content determination of anfenlvzong dispersible tablets.
