【摘要】 目的为提高工作效率和工作质量,社区免疫规划工作必须改革目前烦琐的工作方法,引入高效管理模式。方法2002年起虹口区开展了社区免疫规划新管理模式的探讨,建立了社区免疫规划工作信息化管理系统,并与社区健康管理模式相结合,把儿童接种户籍化管理转向属地化管理,在全区接种点依法实施接种一、二类疫苗告知制度。结果信息化管理提高了工作效率与工作质量,建立了本市儿童预防接种关系转移管理制度并将外来儿童管理列入政府议事日程,疫苗接种告知制实施后,继续保持计划免疫疫苗的高接种率,异常反应发生率和纠纷有明显下降。结论社区免疫规划新管理模式进一步提高了免疫规划工作效率与工作质量,使免疫规划工作更适应时代的发展要求,为社区免疫规划工作模式的改进提供了科学依据。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective In order to raise work efficiency and work quality,trivial work method of community immune programming work must be reformed and new administration patten with high efficiency should be adopted.Methods We explored a new administration patten of community immune programming in Hongkou district,set up information administration system of community immune programming,and combined with community health administration patten,turned registered administration to housing administration.Otherwise we carry out impartment system of vaccination in all the clinic of vaccination of Hongkou district.Results Information administration enhanced work efficiency and work quality,and administration system of thansfer of vaccination relation was set up,and administration of migrant population has brung into government schedule.After impartment system of vaccination been carried out,the inoculation rate of the vaccine of EPI continually maintained high level,and the occurrence of abnormal reaction were reduced remarkably.Conclusion The new administration patten of community immune programming raised work efficiency and work quality,and adapted demand of further development.The research provided scientific basis for improving work patten of community immune programming.更多还原
