【Abstract】 OBJECTIVE:To further standardize oral prescription drug labels in hospital pharmacy. METHODS: The prescription drug labels were specially made based on drug package inserts. RESULTS & CONCLUSIONS: The new oral prescription drug labels contain more information in which drug usage has been clearly identified thus helpful for pharmacists to reduce dispensing errors, the related information of medicines are available. Carrying out rational drug use and pharmaceutical care services plays a key role for the safe, effective and rational drug use.更多还原
