【摘要】 目的:观察痰热清注射液对小儿病毒性肺炎的临床疗效。方法:将60例小儿病毒性肺炎患者随机分为2组,其中治疗组30例,应用痰热清注射液20mL溶于5%葡萄糖注射液250mL中静脉滴注,1次.d-1;对照组应用利巴韦林注射液10~15mg.kg-1溶于5%葡萄糖注射液250mL中静脉滴注,2次.d-1。7d为1个疗程。观察2组的临床疗效和不良反应。结果:治疗组有效率为100%,对照组有效率为80%,2组之间有显著性差异(P<0.05);2组不良反应发生率亦具有显著性差异(P<0.05)。结论:痰热清注射液对小儿病毒性肺炎的疗效良好,不良反应少,值得临床推广应用。更多还原

【Abstract】 OBJECTIVE:To observe the clinical efficacy of Tanreqing injection in the treatment of children’s viral pneumonia.METHODS:A total of sixty children with viral pneumonia were randomly divided into 2 groups:the treatment group(n=30)were treated with Tanreqing injection(20mL)plus Glucose(250mL)qd for 7d while the control group(n=30)with Cibavirin(10～15mg·kg-1)plus Glucose(250mL)bid for 7d.The primary outcome measures were clinical efficacy and adverse drug effects(ADRs).RESULTS:The effective rate was 100% in the treatment group as compared with 80% in the control group,showing significant differences between the two groups(P<0.05).Furthermore,there were significant differences between the two groups in ADRs(P<0.05).CONCLUSION:Tanreqing injection is satisfactory in treating children’s viral pneumonia yet with less side effects,which thus deserves to be widely used in the clinic.更多还原
