【摘要】 目的:研制一种外用的治疗鼻腔出血的复方中药复合涂膜剂,并对其进行安全性评价。方法:提取黄芩的有效成分,以壳聚糖-羧甲基壳聚糖为基质制备复方黄芩鼻用止血复合涂膜剂;以止血涂膜剂的细胞毒性、刺激性、过敏性实验及纤毛毒性来评价其安全性。结果:复方黄芩鼻用止血复合涂膜剂为棕黄色半透明状黏稠物体,有一定流动性,能在皮肤和黏膜表面形成膜;无细胞毒性,无刺激性和过敏性,对纤毛运动时间几乎无影响。结论:复方黄芩鼻用止血复合涂膜剂是一种新型的中药止血涂膜剂,具有良好的生物安全性。更多还原

【Abstract】 OBJECTIVE:To prepare an externally applied compound Chinese traditional medicinal liniment for nasal hemorrhage and to evaluate its safety.METHODS:The effective components were extracted from Scutellaria Baicalensis,and the compound Chinese traditional medicinal liniment was prepared with chitosan-carboxymethyl chitosan as matrix.Cell toxicity,irritation,susceptibility test and mucocilia toxicity were indexes for the evaluation of the safety of the liniment.RESULTS:The compound Chinese traditional medicinal liniment for nasal hemorrhage was brown and translucent with mucocity and fluidity,and it formed a film over skin or mucosa.Cytotoxicity,irritation and hypersensitivity were all negative and this liniment showed little effect on ciliary motion.CONCLUSION:The Compound Scutellaria Baicalensis liniment for nasal hemorrhage is a new compound Chinese traditional medicinal haemostatic liniment with good biological safety.更多还原
