【摘要】 目的:评价非甾体抗炎药(NSAIDs)的利用现状及趋势。方法:采用频度分析法对安徽铜陵市2家医院2004~2006年NSAIDs的种类、用药频度、销售金额进行统计、分析。结果:NSAIDs的用药频度逐年增长,年均增幅达7.07%;销售金额2005年增长4.15%,2006年下跌4.94%,个别新型NSAIDs销售金额增幅明显。结论:NSAIDs的用药结构在今后几年内不会有太大变化,但不良反应问题应引起广泛重视。更多还原

【Abstract】 OBJECTIVE:To evaluate the utilization status and the developmental trend of non-steroidal anti-inflammatory drugs(NSAIDs) in our city.METHODS:NSAIDs used in two hospitals in Anhui Tongling city during 2004～2006 were analyzed statistically in respect of drug varieties,DDDs and consumption sum.RESULTS:The DDDs of NSAIDs increased,up 7.07% year on year. The consumption of NSAIDs increased by 4.15% in 2005,but decreased by 4.94% in 2006.New type NSAIDs had a great increase in consumption sum.CONCLUSION:The utilization structure of NSAIDs in our city is expected to remain stable in the coming several years,but great attention should be paid to the ADR of NSAIDs.更多还原
