【摘要】 目的:评价广东地区口服降糖药应用现状及趋势。方法:对广东地区2001~2005年口服降糖药的品种、销售金额、用药频度、日均费用等进行统计、分析。结果:口服降糖药销售金额年均增长率达26.41%,二甲双胍用药频度一直稳居第1位,且逐年上升。结论:广东地区口服降糖药用药现状较好,用量呈上升趋势。更多还原

【Abstract】 OBJECTIVE: To evaluate the status quo and developmental trend of the use of oral hypoglycemic drugs in guangdong area.METHODS: The drug kinds,consumption sum,DDDs,DDC etc of the oral hypoglycemic drugs used in guangdong area from 2001 to 2005 were statistically analyzed.RESULTS: The mean annual increasing rate of the consumption sum of the oral hypoglycemic drugs reached as high as 26.41%;metformin remained at the first place in DDDs and kept increasing year by year.CONCLUSION: The use of oral hypoglycemic drugs in guangdong area is reasonable,and the consumption of which has been on the rise.更多还原
