【摘要】 目的建立临床白喉患者标本的PCR检测方法。方法用扩增白喉杆菌外毒素B基因的PCR特异引物,检测疑似样品。结果白喉杆菌参考菌株(有毒株)和1例疑似患者的咽拭样品均扩增出248 bp的特异性片段,其他4个临床疑似白喉患者的咽拭样品未扩增出此特异性片段。结论PCR可用于临床快速检验白喉杆菌感染。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To develop a PCR method for detecting clinical specimens.Methods To detect suspicious samples by amplifying toxin B gene fragment specific of corynebacterium diphtheriae by PCR.Results The 248 bp fragment specific were amplified from corynebacterium diphtheriae toxin Bgene and one suspicious patient was not amplified from other four suspicious patients.Conclusion PCR can be used to quickly detect corynebacteriumdiphtheriae in clinical examination.更多还原
