【摘要】 目的用科学、便捷、适用的职业健康监护档案管理系统,长期、动态记录和管理劳动者的职业健康检查档案。方法利用Access数据库管理系统,从用人单位、劳动者以及职业健康监护工作三个层面创建单位档案、个人档案和检查项目3个基本表;在此基础上,根据体检工作的需要,创建相应的查询、窗体和报表,开发成职业健康监护档案管理系统。结果经过4年多的开发与应用,已记录156个用人单位、16 000余名作业工人的基本情况信息和健康检查结果;优化了职业健康监护工作流程,改变原来全手工的落后工作模式,提高了工作效率。结论本系统具有开发成本低廉、处理功能强大的特点,有很好的应用价值,尤其适合现阶段基层职业卫生工作的需要。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To develop a database system for the occupational health check so that the workers’health check results can be recorded chronically,dynamically and continually.By this way,elementary data can be offered to protect the workers’health,guide the occupational disease control and carry out scientific researches.Methods Based on Access database management system,the database system for occupational health check would be founded.Firstly three basic tables(factory’s archive table,worker’s archive table and health check items table)should be built;then related queries,forms and reports can be founded according to the different tasks.Results Through four-year practice,the background information of 156 factories and more than 16 000 workers and the health check results have been recorded.The work flow has gotten optimized,the former full-hand work module which was very behindhand has been replaced,the efficiency has been improved.Conclusion This database system has the following features: its development cost is cheap,and its function is powerful.At present,it can meet the need for the occupational health check institution with primary level especially.更多还原
