绞股蓝醋的开发研制
Preparation on the gynostemma pentaphyllum(thunb)mak vinegar
【摘要】 简述了绞股蓝的特性、营养成分和保健功效,以绞股蓝提取液、食用酒精或大曲酒尾为原料,采用快速酿醋法,开发出一种保健营养型食醋。
【Abstract】 The article describe the characteristics、nutritional ingredient and health protection in the Gynostemma pentaphyllum(thunb)mak.The extracting solution of gynostemma pentaphyllum(thunb)mak or distiller’s grain were feeded,to producing a new functional vinegar for fast brewing technology.
