【摘要】 网络时代,对数据库版权保护问题的研究越来越重要。传统版权法对非原创性数据库的保护已遭遇困境,反不正当竞争法成为数据库版权保护的重要补充。为了更充分地保护数据库制作者的权利,欧盟建立了数据库特殊保护制度。我国应完善现有的相关立法,在条件成熟时,考虑制订数据库保护的专门法律。更多还原

【Abstract】 In the network age,the study on the database copyright issues is becoming more and more important.The protection of non-original databases by traditional copyright law is faced with dilemma,and the Anti-Unfair Competition Law is becoming an important complement to the protection of database copyright.The European Union has established a special system for the protection of databases to protect the rights of database producers.The author recommends drafting a law related to database copyright protection.更多还原
