271例2型糖尿病患者血清C反应蛋白水平、白细胞计数与踝肱指数关系分析

【摘要】测定271例2型糖尿患者血清C反应蛋白(C-RP)水平、白细胞(WBC)计数与踝肱指数(ABI),ABI<0.9组患者血清C-RP水平、WBC计数与ABI>0.9组的差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。由此推断,血清C-RP水平与ABI有相关性;WBC计数与ABI的关系值得进一步探讨。更多还原

【Abstract】 To investigate the relations of the C-reactive protein (C-RP) concentration and white blood cell count with the ankle-brachial index (ABI) in type 2 diabetes mellitus(T2DM).C-RP concentrations, ABI and other metabolism parameters were determined in lower ABI patients as well as normal ABI controls.Serum C-RP levels and the WBC count showed a statistically significant difference between lower and normal ABI groups.The level of serum CRP was related to the ABI.更多还原
