2型糖尿病家系一级亲属同胞代谢综合征患病状况的研究
The situation of metabolic syndrome in the first degree relatives of type 2 diabetic patients
【摘要】 研究2型糖尿病(T2DM)家系一级亲属同胞(n=142)和同胞配偶中的无糖尿病家族史的一级亲属同胞(n=138)代谢综合征(MS)的患病状况,结果显示T2DM家系一级亲属同胞MS的患病率显著高于无糖尿病家族史的一级亲属同胞(P<0.01)。
【Abstract】 The study of the first degree relatives of type 2 diabetic patients(n=142)and the nondiabetic first degree relalives(n=138)showed that the prevalence of metabolic syndrome in the first degree relatives of type 2 diabetic patients was significantly higher than that of non-diabetic patients(28% vs 10%,P<0.01).
